Melanie brings great energy and experience to events and volunteer coordination at MICC. She has planned a variety of events, from concerts with an attendance of more than 1,000 people to small corporate meeting weekends. Melanie enjoys the liveliness and excitement generated by an event and celebrating milestones and special moments with her coworkers, MICC participants and volunteers. Working in events, Melanie has learned the value of flexibility and to be ready for anything.
