Megan loves working behind the scenes in her role as the Director of Operations at MICC! She supports the successful operations of the organization including transportation and safety, overseeing facilities, supporting technology and supervising the Operations team. Megan loves being able to create system and organizational efficiencies as well as build relationships with stakeholders.
