As Director of Program Finance & Analysis at MICC, Aaron coordinates, energizes and supports a team of administrative and program staff. He ensures his team has a deep understanding of the connection between program design and delivery and the financial and data systems that support them. Aaron truly enjoys working closely with families and participants, many of whom he has gotten to know through his various roles over his past 12 years at MICC. One of the things he loves most about his job is that he gets to commit time to maintaining and improving the complex systems we’ve built over time while simultaneously exploring what’s next for MICC.
