A Program Built on Partnership and Possibility
Career Confidence is strengthened through MICC’s partnerships with employers and community organizations across industries, including retail, healthcare, hospitality, food service and technology. These relationships create opportunities for experiential learning, practicums and pathways beyond the program.
Employers know that hiring autistic and neurodivergent adults is good for business. By combining purposeful learning, real-world experience and trusted partnerships, Career Confidence creates a network of possibilities, supporting participants as they move forward with pride and belief in their work.
Career Confidence can be taken on its own or alongside other MICC programs, including Connect. Together, these programs strengthen shared skills: communication, self-awareness, collaboration and yes, confidence.
