While we’re always enhancing and advancing our curriculum based on the latest research and best practices, the proven success of our pioneering, skills-based approach remains the time-tested foundation for all our programming.
For those with autism, ADHD/ADD, or other neurological, developmental or learning disability.

Right Up His Alley
How MICC Graduate Landed His Dream Job
Matt ’17 first came to MICC through its Summer program, later graduating from the College program and continuing in the Community program. Along the way, he kept building his skills, confidence and independence. When he needed a career skills boost, there was our newest career program, and it opened the door to an incredible opportunity.
Programs Built for you
The success of our pioneering skills-based approach remains the time-tested foundation for all our programming.
College Program
MICC’s founding program, College is for those 18 to 30 years of age who want to learn how to live independently. Participants transition into adulthood by living in furnished on-campus apartments, earning career certificates and connecting with the world through a variety of explorations and retreats.
Career Confidence
Career Confidence is a welcoming, hands-on meet-up program for those 18+ who want to build confidence, try new things and feel more prepared for work. This program is for individuals with some life or work experience who are motivated to grow toward meaningful employment.
Connect Program
MICC’s Connect program supports adults 18+ in building the social confidence and communication skills needed for healthy relationships, greater independence and a fulfilling life while staying authentically themselves. Participants meet once a week in a group setting and receive weekly individualized coaching.
Summer Program
MICC’s Summer program is a week-long exploration for teens — 15 to 18 years old — and young adults — 18 to 30 years old — of some of the same key aspects of our College program: independent living skills, self-advocacy, job exploration and social coaching.
