What do you do at MICC?
I support students’ work on their goals, navigate peer dynamics, manage their schedule and learn new skills unique to their independence journey!
What’s your favorite activity/memory?
Retreats at MICC are always a fun experience! Supporting students get out of their comfort zones camping or exploring a new place! Graduation is another great memory! Celebrating students’ accomplishments and how much they have grown throughout their journey at MICC!
Why do you enjoy working for MICC?
I enjoy supporting students as they gain confidence in navigating their independence and new skills! Seeing students’ growth from 1st year to their 3rd year at MICC is an amazing experience!
