In planning for the supper, I'm looking for those who would be willing to bring their portable grills.  This park will be wonderful for our event, but it's usually used for weddings so It doesn't have grills. 

We're not sure when we'll be eating, so we're asking for cold dishes for the buffet... potato or pasta salads,  tossed salads, any dishes that don't have to be eaten hot.  Please bring your own cooler for your dish if you feel it's necessary. Bring table service and meat to grill for yourself or family. Drinks and ice cream will be provided.

I'll really appreciate it if you'll reply regarding the grill or indicate it when you sign up in the narthex on a Sunday. Thanks; we're excited about the fun we'll have at this "all Church picnic."  There will be relays and prizes for all ages and swimming opportunity in the lake.
